FairBid / any U.S. home project
Review availability
FairBid is being planned to help homeowners across the U.S. understand the value behind a quote for any home project. The approach draws on more than nine years of construction estimating experience, with a human construction expert review planned. Quote submissions, expert reviews, scorecards, and paid FairBid quote-review checkout are not available yet. Project costs vary by location; local benchmarks are still being developed.
FairBid quote reviews are not available yet.
FairBid is not accepting quote submissions or providing human expert reviews. Scorecards and paid quote-review checkout are not available yet. Quote review options and prices will be posted if the service is ready.
Quote guidance is an opinion.
FairBid is planned to apply human construction estimating judgment to the quote and scope provided, not to rate the contractor. Any future scorecard is planned to remove personal and contractor identifying details; a grade would be secondary to the explanation. This is not an appraisal, a guarantee of fair market value or workmanship, or an accusation that a contractor is overcharging. No quote reports or expert reviews are available yet.
